Robert F. Kuhn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvaniain 1979 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating cum laude in 1982.

Starting with his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in October of 1982, and continuing through March 1, 2021, Mr. Kuhn worked continuously for the law firm that was originally known as Donsky, Levin and Dashevsky, and now known as Dashevsky, Horwitz, Kuhn, Novello & Shorr when he left full time practice and moved into his present position as “Of Counsel to the firm.” During his active years with the firm, Mr. Kuhn handled over a thousand arbitration trials, as well as hundreds of major jury and non-jury trials. During that time, he specialized in premises liability cases and automobile accident cases, as well as workers’ compensation matters.

Mr. Kuhn is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Hehas successfully argued appeals in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kuhn also regularly serves as a JudgePro Tempore in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

Mr. Kuhn also has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, meaning that he has been rated"Pre-Eminent" by his peers, meaning he is ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for his legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by his peers.
