R. Max Linn

Esquire

Max Linn is a trial attorney focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. Linn represents victims of all manners of injuries including motor vehicle-related accidents, premises-related incidents, healthcare professional malpractice, product defect injuries, as well as wrongful death claims. Mr. Linn is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Following his first year of law school, Mr. Linn was a judicial intern for the honorable Idee C. Fox in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he was able to hone in on his legal writing and research skills. Following his internship, Mr. Linn joined the team at Dashevsky, Horwitz, Kuhn, Novello & Shorr as a law clerk, where he gained hands on experience in everyday personal injury matters.

Mr. Linn is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Communications. During his undergraduate years, he interned with sports agencies, where he gained valuable exposure to contract drafting, negotiation, and the legal aspects of professional sports. After graduation, he then attended Widener University’s Delaware Law School.
