Brad Cooper earned his bachelor degree from St. Joseph’s University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University, James Beasley School of Law. Upon receiving his law degree Mr. Cooper was awarded a Judicial Clerkship in Philadelphia County. After successful completion of this clerkship, Mr. Cooper maintained an active trial practice representing thousands of people in personal injury litigation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania over the last 40 years. Mr. Cooper was the owner/managing partner of Brad Cooper & Associates before deciding to become of counsel to Dashevsky, Horwitz, Kuhn, Novello, Shorr.

Mr Cooper is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Federal Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He holds various professional memberships and has been recognized by his peers with an AV rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
