Anthony J. DePasquale

Anthony J. DePasquale is a trial attorney focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. DePasquale is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the legal process following serious accidents and injuries. His practice primarily focuses on victims of motor vehicle accidents and premises liability incidents. 

Mr. DePasquale earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 2019, where he majored in Sports Management and minored in Legal Studies. Anthony then earned his law degree from Delaware Law School in 2024. 

While in law school, Mr. DePasquale served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Rose Marie DeFino-Nastasi, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process and practical application of the law. Mr. DePasquale began his career in personal injury litigation when he joined Dashevsky, Horwitz, Kuhn, Novello & Shorr, P.C. as a law clerk, then continued with the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. DePasquale is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

Mr. DePasquale is a lifelong South Philadelphia native and plans to continue his career helping individuals from the community where he was born and raised.
