Alvin C. Krantz

Esquire, In Memoriam

The late Alvin C. Krantz (2/17/50 - 4/17/20) began his legal career in the public sector as an Assistant City Solicitor for Philadelphia County, PA (1977 - 1980), and then as Counsel for the Southeastern Transportation Authority (1980-1982).

In 1982, Mr. Krantz began his illustrious career in the private sector as a Trial Lawyer, initially with Donsky, Levin & Dashevsky, P.C., the predecessor partnership of our current law firm, before hanging his own shingle on The Law Offices of Alvin C. Krantz, in 1984. 34 years later, Mr. Krantz rejoined his legal mentor, Edwin Dashevsky, and merged his successful law firm with our current firm in 2018, bringing along Mr. Krantz’s own protégé, Alisha A. Nichols, Esquire.

Unfortunately, Alvin passed away in 2020, after battling a long illness. He left behind his professional legacy as a tenacious attorney who championed the causes of his loyal clients wronged by others. Al lived every day to its fullest. His passion for life resonated with his family, friends and colleagues. Al’s presence is noticeably missed not only in the trial courts of Philadelphia, but on the basketball courts of Margate.

We’ll make it right, when you’ve been wronged.
