Alisha A. Nichols is a trial attorney focusing her practice on personal injury litigation. Ms. Nichols represents victims of all manners of injuries including motor vehicle-related accidents, premises-related incidents, healthcare professional malpractice, product defect injuries, as well as wrongful death claims. Ms. Nichols is admitted to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Ms. Nichols previously clerked for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Judge Moss earned a reputation as one of the country's most fair and progressive legal minds, as a stalwart of the First Judicial District Civil Trial Division. Ms. Nichols gained unparalleled experience as Her Honor's law clerk, while Judge Moss served as Trial Judge, Judicial Team Leader, and most notably, founder and first Supervising Judge of the Complex Litigation Center.

Ms. Nichols is a graduate of Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law, widely recognized as the best law school for Trial Advocacy training. During her undergraduate years, Ms. Nichols studied International Relations at The George Washington University, as well as Political Science and Philosophy at Rutgers University. Ms. Nichols distinguished herself academically with membership in The Phi Beta Kappa Society, widely recognized as the most prestigious honor society in the nation. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Nichols worked for political committees and consulting firms in the tri-state area.
