David J. Stutman

David has been in practice for over 37 years and focuses his practice on personal injury litigation representing injured victims in matters including:

1. Premises liability
2. Automobile and trucking negligence
3. Product liability

David also handles matters under the Federal Employees Liability Act (FELA), representing injured railroad workers.

As a former partner at a large AM Law 100-ranked Philadelphia law firm, David practiced in the areas of negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability and workers' compensation. At Temple Law School, David was a member of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Honor Society.

David's community involvement has included:

1. Handling cases on a pro-bono basis for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP)
2. Volunteering for the Craig Pinsker Foundation, which supports needy children in the Philadelphia area
3. Serving as an arbitrator in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County
4. Speaking at CLEs on various personal injury topics

David lives in Center City Philadelphia where he enjoys dining at the various great restaurants this City has to offer as well as supporting the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers.
